1. All players should ensure they have adequate travel insurance that also covers their golf clubs as VIP Golf is not responsible for lost or damaged clubs or luggage.
2. Inclusive price covers the rounds of golf defined on the enquiry form. An exchange can be made to include Castletown if required, at an additional cost – please ask at enquiry stage.
3. VIP Golf Tours cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellation of tee off times due to inclement weather, course closure or late arrival to golf course through no fault of the transport on the island or any other element which is outside the direct control of VIP Golf.
4. Golf handicap certificates may be required – it is advised to bring your certificate.
5. Alternative courses may be allocated for changes in venue outside the control of VIP Golf.
6. All meals and refreshments taken are not included in the tour price.
7. Golf tuition can be provided at some courses, please enquire before booking as this will incur extra cost – add a note in “special requirements”
8. Special requirements should be notified in advance.
9. Accommodation is included in the price and booked at the Admiral Hotel in Douglas. Room configuration must be agreed at line of booking, care and attention will be afforded to making the client’s stay comfortable and enjoyable.
10. Breakfast (continental) is served in the coffee shop see times published in the Hotel.
11. Lunches and evening meals are not included in the price; however discounted rates may be available at selected eating establishments.
12. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 2 months prior to departure.
13. If a booking is cancelled more than 8 weeks prior to departure there will be no charge and deposits will be returned.
14. If a booking is cancelled within 8 weeks to 4 weeks of departure a 50% charge will be made.
15. If a booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of departure or there is a no show, a 100% charge will be made.
16. Appropriate club dress codes must be adhered to. We reserve the right to refuse admission to inappropriate dressed persons.
17. Golf cart rules must be strictly observed – sharing clubs is not permitted.
